The Etendard new development in Vaujany is at the heart of the village, a small-scale and modern new-build development housing six apartments only. It is located only 50 meters from the main cable car, the Etendard gives you direct access to the high altitude ski area of the Grand Domaine. The views from the apartments are spectacular over the surrounding peaks.

You have very quick access to the aquatic centre of Vaujany by taking the lifts just outside the residence. There is a Spa with sauna Jacuzzi, fitness area, a swimming pool including a slide for kids, bowling, ice rink. There are also daily classes for the aqua gym and aqua bike for example. In summer they organise archery, mountain biking and more.

Why is Vaujany one the best-managed Alpine villages in France?

With an average of 3 million euros each year received in the village coffers thanks to the electric dam down in the valley, we think, Vaujany has to be one of the richest villages in the area. Remember that Vaujany has only 300 inhabitants living all year in the village so the mayor must be getting bored with so much money to spend. All covered parking is free in the commune, free wifi, you get a huge sports centre with Olympic pool, ice rink, gym, bowling, restaurants.
