Les Terrasses des 5 Monts is a new apartment development in the ski resort of Morzine, part of the Portes du Soleil ski area. The apartments are located in the Les Granges area, which is known for its sunny location. They are a 25-30 minute walk from the centre of Morzine or a 5-minute drive. A bus stop is also located just 300 meters from the residence and runs from 8 am-8 pm with direct access to the ski lift.

This new development consists of two chalets with a total of 5 apartments, including 3 and 4-bedroom layouts. With one of the chalets, Chalet A, you can create a chalet with a total surface area of 250m2. The apartments feature a south-facing exposure and include amenities such as outside parking for visitors, indoor garages with the possibility to close them, ski lockers, and a cave.

Fireplaces can be fitted for the top-floor apartments. The delivery date for the apartments is April 2024. The VAT can also be claimed back if you take on the rental management.

Les Terrasses des 5 Monts apartments feature a traditional Savoyard architectural style. Buyers have the option to choose materials from the developer’s propositions, with individual heating, heating pomp and floor heating.

Morzine is a winter sports destination located in Haute Savoie, known for its skiing and snowboarding. The ski area offers a wide range of slopes for all skill levels and includes a snow park and cross-country skiing. There are also many après-ski activities available, such as ice skating, snowshoeing, and dog sledging. The skiing on Avoriaz side is known to have excellent snow throughout the season.

The town itself is charming, with a lot of traditional restaurants, charming chalets, making it a popular destination for both winter and summer holidaymakers. The apres ski has quite a reputation.
The summer season is very popular with the mountain biking community and there are many activities organised around this sport, also in neighbouring Les Gets.
