Les Loges Blanches is a brand new development of exclusive apartments in Les 2 Alpes centre, right on the main street (Avenue de la Muzelle) right in front of the Jandri Express. - The rental options and personal use (you can purchase an apartment without the rental obligation but you cannot claim back the VAT):
These apartments will be fully managed with rental income guaranteed and several weeks of personal use each year, for an 11-year period.
The different rental income options are giving 6/10/15 weeks a year to the rental company + you can use your apartment outside these dates or let your apartment through the rental company (you keep 70% of net rental income) + hassle-free rental management paid into your account + tax-free rental income + VAT refund on property price + furniture pack.
There is also a formula for investors where you receive a set guaranteed rental income for 29 weeks a year to the rental company, then you can use your apartment outside these dates.
A few apartments can be sold without taking the rental lease but there will be no 20% VAT refund on the property price (you will pay the property price with VAT). Contact us for more info.

These apartments are located on the main high street with all the shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. You have a Carrefour food market 50 metres to your right and you are 200 metres from the Les 2 Alpes ski school.
Ski lifts near Les Loges Blanches in Les 2 Alpes:
You are in front of the main lift system in Les 2 Alpes, the Jandri Express. The Jandri Express gondola will be replaced by a faster and more efficient system called Jandri Express 2 very soon. From then on, you reach all the highest points of the ski area including the freestyle area. In summer you also use the Jandri Express to reach the summer glacier ski area. The glacier is between 2,900 and 3,600 metres in altitude. You can imagine the views, they are exceptional! You can see the massif of La Meije and the Ecrins. To access the glacier you must go up to the Jandri Express gondola. And the ski area consists of 8 tracks (2 green, 4 blue, 2 red and 1 freestyle).
In addition, Les 2 Alpes ski resort offers a ski pass called Glacier Experience, which includes a set of activities such as summer skiing, ski lifts and many other activities, such as archery, swimming pool, rest areas, slides, etc.
Le Diable chairlift and the Venosc lift are also only 500 metres away from the apartments but the Jandri Express is definitely the best to reach the best parts of the ski area in Les 2 Alpes.
Les 2 Alpes offers 225 km of ski slopes and it will soon link the Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine ski area as well.
