-11-year rental agreement (+1.5% maximum increase in income each year)
-Charges to pay per year: 27€/m2 based on your apartment living surface. For example for a 60m2 apartment, you will only pay 1,620€/year in service charges.

Council tax (called taxe habitation), maintenance, rental management fees, cleaning and laundry, content insurance, utilities and Internet are paid by the rental management company.

You can use your apartment or similar apartment during the white season (outside winter/summer seasons) up to 28 days each year when the residence is closed.

Personal use options:

-This type of investment combines guaranteed mostly tax-free rental income with 3-4 weeks of personal use each year and a 20% VAT rebate on the purchase price. Also, you can stay in your apartment for an extra 28 days during the inter-season free of charge.
