The apartments all have stunning views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. A variety of hotels and restaurants can be found nearby and the town centre is only a short walk (or ski) away.

The Phoenix residence has a large spa and wellness area for the exclusive use of owners and their guests (350 sqm).
The indoor swimming pool with deckchairs and armchairs is an ideal place to relax after a hard day on the slopes. Other spa facilities include a hammam, steam room, sauna and private treatment rooms.
Residents also have access to the private gym and fitness room. The private concierge service will always be on hand to assist with personalized events, activities, babysitting, airport transfers, private chefs, restaurant reservations and much more.

All properties have lockable underground garages, ski lockers and nearly all have personal storage cellars.

There is a flexible rental management program that allows you to reclaim VAT on the above purchase prices if you want to rent your new French ski property.
The residence is under the “loi montagne” where the owners are obliged to let their property out for 30 years. They can use (or not) the benefit of VAT recovery, therefore, rental and personal use ratio can be very flexible. The owners can use the property whenever they want, they just have the obligation of letting their ski apartment a few weeks a year (usually 8 weeks minimum). The difference with a standard VAT recovery is that the owners cannot stop letting their property after 20 years (or 9-11 years like in some of our other new developments).
