The building will start in April 2022. The three buildings will be completed at three different time intervals, the last one (residence A) by the end of 2024.

Sold with a ski locker (and from 2 bedrooms apartments with a cave or storage room). A private garage is extra at 30,000€. There is also a communal bike garage.
The residence is under the “loi montagne” where the owners are obliged to let their property out for 30 years. They can use (or not) the benefit of VAT recovery, therefore rental and personal use ratio can be very flexible. The owners can use the property whenever they want, they just have the obligation of letting their ski apartment a few weeks a year (usually 8 weeks minimum). The difference with a standard VAT recovery is that the owners cannot stop letting their property after 20 years (or 9-11 years like in some of our other new developments). The service charges are 41€/sq.meter/year. The Spa’s charges are supported by an outside provider which will pay for the charges and is also obliged to retrocede 10% of its Spa benefits to the residence’s owners.
