Two new ski property investments at both ends of the spectrum

Two new developments in Savoie offering both super extensive ski areas

This month we bring you news of two new developments in Savoie – one at each end of the budget spectrum – one, Les Terrasses de la Vanoise, in a ski area Paradiski still undervalued in our eyes. The other one, Vail Lodge in Val d’Isere, one if not, the most consolidated area in the French Alps.

Paradiski one of the most undervalued ski areas to invest in the world

The Terraces de la Vanoise is a new development of 41 apartments in 3 traditionally-styled chalet buildings in the Savoyard village of Champagny, Paradiski. Competitively priced, the unique selling point for these apartments is access to over 1000km skiing as, in addition to the direct access from Champagny to Paradiski area, the development is just 20 minutes drive from the 3 Vallees.

Just released 20 apartments with VAT rebate in Les Arcs 1800 to enjoy new La Folie Douce, see more info on Les Cristaux Les Arcs

La Folie Douce is coming to Les Arcs 1800 this year and also…Soon we should have about 20 new apartments in Les Arcs 1800, freehold with flexible rental management to claim back VAT. Contact us to be put on list here

Val d’Isère, probably the best ski resort in the world to invest

Vail Lodge is a highly luxurious development of just 12 apartments located directly on the ski piste in Val d’Isere. Comprised of two chalet-buildings, these new apartments will be finished to the highest standard and will be eligible for a 20% VAT reclaim if you decide to rent the property.

Val d’Isere is investing more than 200M€ in improving the main street and snow front. See more info on Val d’Isere and Tignes here.
